Shipping Policy

Free shipping for orders over $150 NZD - NZ ONLY

Orders below this amount will have shipping costs calculated at checkout.

We currently only ship within New Zealand (contact us if you're wanting to purchase outside of NZ).

Orders are dispatched as quickly as possible, but delays may occur due to high demand. Any known delays will be noted in the product description.

Once dispatched, orders are out of our control - delivery issues must be handled with the courier.

Customers must provide the correct shipping address.

If an incorrect address is provided and we are not contacted immediately after ordering, we may not be able to fix it before dispatch.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the order.
