General
This store is the official merchandise shop for Bay of Plenty Rugby Union.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time - changes will be reflected on this page.
By purchasing from our store, you agree to these terms.
Orders & Payments
We accept credit/debit cards, Afterpay (if activated), and other payment options listed at checkout. Payment methods may vary depending on your location.
Orders cannot be cancelled or changed once placed — please ensure all details are correct before confirming your order.
Pre-sale items will include an estimated delivery timeframe in the product description.
All prices are listed in NZD (New Zealand Dollars).
We cover standard payment processing fees. However, your bank or card provider may charge additional fees, such as international transaction or currency conversion fees, depending on your location and payment method.
For transparency, here are the transaction fees we (as the seller) incur — these are not charged to you separately:
Shopify Payments (NZ cards): 2.7% + $0.30
- Shopify Payments (International/Amex): 3.5% + $0.30
- Third-Party Payment Providers (e.g., PayPal): Extra 2.0% Shopify fee
- POLi Payments: 1.0% per transaction (capped at $3.00)
- Currency Conversion Fee: 2.0% for payments not made in NZD
- Afterpay (if active): Approx. 4–6%, absorbed by us
Stock & Restocks
Restocks will be announced if available.
Limited edition items will not be restocked.
Pre-order items will have estimated dispatch dates in the product description.
